Give the reviewer a clear task, enough information, and authority to reject or correct the result. Define what to check, which cases require escalation, and what record to retain. For a customer response, that may mean checking the source information and removing unsupported statements before sending. For higher-impact decisions, review needs may be more demanding. Avoid a process where people approve outputs too quickly to understand them. Test whether reviewers catch realistic mistakes and adjust the workflow when they do not. A named person at the end of a process is useful only if the review can change the outcome.
